The staff where incredible!
The stay was comfortable and lovely. I absolutely loved it!
The TV light blew, they had it replaced within an hour.
Will be returning again and again!
If am to be super critical, the towels where just a little worn out and old and I have noticed that one spot in the bathroom where body wash or shampoo can be placed was still dirty from previous client's products. BUT I cannot overall fault cleanliness and comfort.

Large room, staff very friendly. Good value for money. There's a very good cafe next door, great for breakfast. I arrived early morning and was able to get my room right away. Good service! Thank you for making my first visit to Windhoek so pleasant!

Friendly staff , close to very good coffee shop, nespresso machine, shower, size of room
Towls are old and worn thin, cleaning ladies did not replace toilet paper. Lounge seat is old and worn and dirty spots, no kitchen towl , microwave cover not clean, right on busy road and cannot sleep with windows open due to road noise, duvet and bedding needs an upgrade some old marks

The rooms are very spacious.
The room was not clean. The surfaces were very dusty. The rooms are not sound proofed, I could hear everything from the guest across my room.
