Nice location with plenty of parking. The pool is across from the condo which is very convenient. The condo was clean and close to Sapphire Beach and the ferry to St. John’s . We did have a couple of power outages lasting 2-3 hrs.each time during our stay. There is an extension cord in the unit that you plug outside (since the building has power) but no power strip. It would be nice to have one to be able to charge your phone and a portable fan since it got humid inside. There was a flashlight in the condo which came in very handy.It has a great view of the water but the sliding glass door to the balcony is very hard to open and close. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Overall, a nice, comfortable stay.

Appreciate that the place was very clean.

Our stay for 8 nights at this property had some ups and downs. We were without power for 3 days, but did get refunded for 2 nights. It was difficult at times to communicate with the host. Having no AC, no power, and no ho hot water for 3 days was challenging. On the other hand, this property is very clean, and convenient in a great location. Red Hook is very close by. The beaches nearby were beautiful. Although the power was out, we really enjoyed our stay.

The condo was clean and had nice views. The communication with the host was lacking. I reached out on the day of our check out and had no response. Generally, on VRBO stays we are contacted by the host to determine if the stay is going well. We had no such communication. Regarding the unit, it was quite a hike from the beach. The beach chairs and cooler made available was nice. We would have liked having beach towels. There was keurig machine with coffee but no creamer. We should have been advised ahead of time that the unit was scheduled to be sprayed for pest control. We could smell the pesticide that afternoon and it was disturbing. The bed was comfortable and the A/C unit worked well. The patio door slider was very difficult to open. The tracks need attention. The flooring throughout the unit and the cabinets and countertops are beautiful.
