The Security a necessary inconvenience, but I guess the process can be sped up and improved.
Location driving distance to shops and restaurants (necessary as the one onsite restaurant is a disaster)
The Restaurant not service oriented, did not manage to try the food as the service staff weren't helpful at all and it was not even busy
At times felt like too many rules
Extra costs to use the lagoon and water activities

Beautiful place, beautiful location .
The manager or host wasn’t available when I needed assistance . She ended up paying for entrance at the lagoon which we have never paid for before at The Blyde. Compared to previous experiences , our host was very disorganised. Also the cutlery in the unit was covered in dust.
