Overall, we had an excellent time! Travis, the property manager, was very friendly! The furniture in the house was excellent and comfortable. The layout of the house is excellent! The air conditioner works so well that we kept having to turn it to be warmer. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the patio was our favorite place. The view alone is worth the price of the house! But the walk down to the beach is very short and the outside toilet and shower are extremely handy.The reason for the four stars is simply this. The grill is nasty. It needs to be cleaned. We decided not to use it because it was so filthy. now that may be on previous renters and not the property manager so it’s just my suggestion to the property manager to check the grill. The dishwasher doesn’t work well we had to run it twice before the dishes felt clean, and we only had one pod to do it with. So we had to hand wash all the dishes. There was hand wash dish soap available, but only one dish towel which got soaked very quickly. So my suggestion to the property manager is to provide more dish towels, have the dishwasher serviced, and provide more pods. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We hope you are satisfied with our cleanup as we appreciate all you do to make your property comfortable fir the renters.

This house worked so well for our extra large family. We slept 16 people in beds plus 2 babies in portacribs with no problem. (11 adults and 7 children) The 2 large living room areas worked well allowing everyone to spread out. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for our big group, it had every large pot, serving tray, and blender we needed. And the big ice maker was a huge hit! There were 3 different table areas allowing the children to have a coloring book table, as well as a large dining table, and small game table. The large deck was a fabulous extension of the house and we especially liked the sturdy oversized furniture and the large picnic table. A big surprise to us was how private the beach seemed. We stayed at this house over the 4th of July week and we had the beach to ourselves on the weekdays. It didn’t even seem crowded on the weekend. We loved the flocks of pelicans that flew right over the back deck many times a day. The bridge to the beach was very convenient and easy to bring coolers and beach gear over. The kids also enjoyed the grassy backyard and played barefoot in it all week with water gun fights and kickball games. We used the outdoor shower frequently, as well as the outdoor bathroom. An outdoor shower at the beach is a must for our crew! We also appreciated the laundry facilities. It was odd that they were under the house but they worked well. On the whole this was a fabulous beach house for an extra large family to share!

Property was exactly as posted. Layout is perfect with ample space for family to have small and large group activities without feeling crowded or cramped. Beautiful back deck overlooking the ocean. Kitchen was well equipped.Beach access via short walkover made it so easy to set up. Very private stretch of beach was quiet and fun for wade fishing. WiFi was good throughout stay. Cold AC. Grocery store, gas, etc all within 5 minutes. Family gathering of 12 older teens and adults. Perfect sized house for large meals, game night, sitting on one of the two decks with lots of chairs and tables. Communication with host was excellent and we cannot wait to return.
