We enjoyed our stay

We knew renovations were going on. However, it was way more extensive than we were led to believe. The pool and beach access were permanently closed during our stay. Even though only a few condos in the whole complex were rented out, the private beach area was packed because they didn’t stop others from setting up their stuff. The elevator was out several times. The units facing the pool should have been the priority to get finished so the scaffolds could be removed and the pool opened. That was not the case. The workers were mostly working on the outside units while we were there. I did reach out to the Host and they gave us a 1 night refund to help ease our frustrations. Once the project is completed, this place will be amazing.

The condo was beautiful and right on the beach. I was unable to use any of the amenities b/c the whole condo was being renovated. This was not in the listing, so I notified the contact. They offered 500.00 refund which I accepted as that was the only issue at that time. I was unable to leave b/c it was spring break and I would not be able to find another place at the last minute, and I had already ordered groceries to be dropped off there. The next day there were men on my balcony and the whole room was loud due to the work being done. When I contacted the owner once more I was told I agreed to and received a refund already and there was nothing more to be done. Although I'm not happy about the issues and price, the condo was very nice, clean, comfortable and roomy inside. The pools looked very nice and clean from my balcony. It was very easy to get to the beach. The contact was easy to get in touch with about issues. I'm not sure about other amenities b/c the work out room was also under construction and I didn't see the tennis courts.

It was close to beautiful beach Check in was easy Bracelets present to get in and out to pool and beach Nice pools Master bedroom pillows and mattress so comfy Couch and chair old flat cushioned needs replacing Needs a deep clean like dust on floorboards and dried debris on cabinetry Second bedroom mattress needs replacing as well as pillows. Also if you are going to provide games, the game pieces weren’t in the boxes.
