Great location. We stay in the eastern lake area everytime we come to 30A . It is walking distance to coffee, restaurants, beach and it is perfect with kiddos. The house was great. The master room fit my family of four (a 1yo an 3yo) . The queen room and bunk room are downstairs where our friends stayed with their son. It was a great separation and plenty of space.

From the moment I booked the trip up to leaving, they were very accommodating and helpful! They made us feel like it was really home away from home. We will totally stay in another one of their properties again!
