We came here on a family vacation and loved the place. It was perfect space for the kids and adults. There was an issue with the golf cart not working when we arrived but they were prompt in their response and coming to address the issue. The pool was great location to the house, easy walk around the corner and beach was easily accessible with golf cart. Would come back again.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and had more than enough room to accommodate our family of 11 for our summer trip. The location was a plus we we're in walking distance of the beach, but we used the golf cart which helped a lot. The kids also enjoyed the community pool daily while on vacation. The house is also not far from the shopping outlet. I would give this home a 10/10, we will definitely book again in the future!

We had the best stay!! The house was clean the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving day brunch. The golf cart was so useful. We had an issue with the door code not working and a technician came out on Thanksgiving day and fixed it. We'd never been to Destin but we fell in love with the city and when we come back this is where we'll stay. Thank you for everything. Top to bottom perfection.

Loved the property, a little too far from the beach. Pool was always pretty packed since people out of the community were coming to swim. The staff attended did not check bracelets. We also had too many rules to follow even thou we paid all the fees, like take out the trash 2 times a week. Clean and wash all dishes before we left. Collect all towels and put them in the bath tub. I strongly believe if we pay those high fees that we should not have to do that.
