Gorgeous property in a gorgeous neighborhood with walking trails and very kind neighbors. There is no AC, so this was a pretty warm stay for us Texans.

The pool was great and so were the views. The property could use some maintenance. The cupboard door in the kitchen fell off when opened, the dishwasher heating element might need to be replaced, there is only enough hot water for 3 showers.

While the team sent a lovely person to help us reset the router the service didn't work for the entirety of our 10ish day stay. Though they offered to have a person from the internet company come out days later they couldn't nail down a time which didn't work for us as we have young children that need to nap. The reality is that the house does not have high speed internet which was massively inconvenient as this wasn't a pleasure trip. My wife was on a work trip and had to spend most days at a coffee shop so that she could work.
