Great property, value, and responsive accommodating host. Tanya was always available, just a message which we greatly appreciated. They did a great job describing their property, we felt like it was even more spacious inside and outside than the photos led me to believe (a great surprise). We had all the cooking items we needed, two dining tables great for a family of 7. Even the bathrooms had the little details, like soap and shampoo. Plenty of towels which we loved, and a washer/dryer available as well. The living room is incredible cozy with the recliners. A property you can visit year over year to make memories.

Great property for a family get away. Very convenient to everything in Rockport and surrounding areas.

Very charming house with lots of room. Clean and beautifully designed

It is listed as wheelchair accessible and it is to only part of the house. The bathrooms are not handicapped safe, there are no safety bars at all the shower is not safe. The larger bathroom is only accessible from outside are down two large steps.
