The house has no a/c, one bedroom upstairs, three beds in two bedrooms downstairs. My friend slept on the loveseat upstairs bc she found her room in the basement stuffy.One glass in the cabinet had liquid in it! Not the fault of the property as checkout instructions include putting dishes away. However, the baseboard area on far side of loveseat was dusty. Not a big deal. Overall the place was great. We were 4 or 5 minutes from everywhere in Laramie it seemed. Highly recommend Jubilee Days in July, UW Geological Museum, Medicine Bow National Forest east and west.

Very nice property!! Nice quiet location, super clean and the host quickly answered all questions.

The location is close to downtown. It felt a bit more like staying at someone’s house with family photos than I’m used to. There isn’t a door on the bedroom in the basement with 2 queens in case you’re looking for privacy.

The location was good. When we got there, there were a couple beds that were not made with the linen on the floor. There was rubbish left in a bag on the counter, the kitchen and floor was dirty. The front porch light was dim, it was hard to see the steps at night. The bed in the upstairs bedroom had indentations where people used to sleep. We enjoyed the dining room area, where we could all fit on the table and get together for meals. Not much room in the living room to sit, for a family of 7, to watch tv. We had to shower in shifts, going 2 maybe 3 at a time so that the hot water could be replenished. Nice to have had a washer and dryer in the home.
