Place was very clean.

This is a great location. Easy access to the highway and local restaurants. Anything you want is close with a lot of things in walking distance. Communication with the host via text was great and easy. One thing to know before packing to stay here, they don’t provide pool towels, so plan on either buying some, pack some or use shower towels.

We had a very nice stay overall. The home itself is beautiful, well-located, and we especially enjoyed the neighborhood and surrounding area. There were a couple of minor issues early on (including the water heater and missing smoke detectors), but those were addressed during our stay.I do want to mention one important issue related to the booking. Prior to our stay, we agreed with the property manager to shorten the reservation from six weeks to five weeks. Unfortunately, the agreement was never updated, and we were ultimately charged for the full six weeks.I paid in full in good faith and followed up multiple times to resolve the overpayment, but unfortunately, I have not received a response.I’m hopeful this will still be resolved. For future guests, I would strongly recommend ensuring that any agreed-upon changes are formally updated in writing before final payment is made.
