Our stay at this Gatlinburg chalet was truly unforgettable! The views alone are worth the trip absolutely breathtaking and what we kept calling a “billion-dollar view.” The property itself was clean, cozy, and comfortably appointed, with a charming rustic décor that made it feel like the perfect mountain getaway.We especially loved the game room, such a fun bonus that gave everyone something to do after a day of exploring. One thing that definitely added to the experience was the local wildlife. There were several bears in the area, and they weren’t shy about coming close, which was both exciting and a little nerve wracking!The only thing to keep in mind is the drive up to the chalet. The roads are very narrow, steep, and winding, with no guardrails for most of the drive, which can feel a bit intimidating especially if you’re not a fan of heights or mountain driving. That said, once you make it to the top, you’ll quickly realize it was absolutely worth it.Overall, this was a beautiful, memorable stay, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for stunning views, a cozy atmosphere, and a true mountain experience! Lastly the host was absolutely amazing, punctual with responding to messages and extremely helpful.

house did meet our needs and host was very accommodating. A few issues were found upon arrival but after contacting the host we were assured these would be corrected for future tenants.

We loved seeing all the bears. Arcade games were very fun. We appreciated the fast and friendly responses from the host.

The chalet has a nice view. The kitchen is tight for a large group. While the listing says it sleeps ten, it is better for 8 due to a sofa bed in a tight space. Kids loved the game room. We encountered many bugs on bottom floor. Many were dead but some were alive. The toilet on main floor broke every three flushes, the toilet on the bottom floor broke periodically as well. While the owner responded to requests for maintenance, no one was able to come. We had to lift the lid off the tank to flush the toilet. The owner is kind and this would be a nice place for a smaller family or group of friends.
