Overall we all enjoyed our stay. There were a few small problems we encountered, but Jason was very responsive to insure we were taken care of.

Overall the property is good. It does need some maintenance done and It smells a little musty. The garbage needs picked up more often or more trash cans when you have a bigger group staying longer than 2 days. There’s ample sleeping and the beds sleep great. The location is so convenient to Dollywood, Splash country and the main drag in Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed our week in the cabin and will consider staying again on our next full family vacay.

Justin was great communicating, great location but unfortunately the good ends there. The property was musty, had mildew in the hot tub, our clothes smelled like strong mildew when we got home, the Main TV remote was broke and we had to download our own universal remote, certain lights didn't work, the half bath door handle would lock you in the bathroom. The towel rack was broke off the main level bathroom and the wall was mudded there ,They stated they don't provide propane yet put gas grill as an amenity, The only property I've ever stayed at that didn't provide propane and I've stayed at like 20. I could go on and on. Would not recommend.
