We loved staying here! Host very friendly and communicative. Peaceful lake front community. House super clean. Loved the decor. Overall amazing experience.

Beautiful home. Host was very helpful.

Our stay at this VRBO on Lake Livingston was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our host takes great pride in creating a relaxing and memorable experience for guests. Mike was incredibly friendly, and all of his communication leading up to our stay was extremely helpful — we never even had to contact him during our trip because everything was so clear and well-prepared.What really stood out were the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more!), the beds were extremely comfortable, and the extra amenities made our stay feel luxurious. We especially appreciated the peaceful outdoor spaces, perfect for morning coffee, fishing, or just unwinding by the water. The location is ideal for families. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the easy access to the lake, and the spacious layout that allowed everyone to relax and spread out. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at home.Overall, this VRBO exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a serene, well-maintained, and host-friendly getaway on Lake Livingston, look no further. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed 11/7-11/11. House was lovely. Views and sunsets were awe inspiring. We tried our hand at Lake fishing and visited the state park and casino. Neighbors were friendly. Never knew this little slice of heaven was nestled in Texas!
