We had an amazing stay! The property was clean and welcoming with everything you need. The kids loved the bunk room. Master bedroom was great too! Its a short walk or goldcart ride to the pool and beach. We really enjoyed the overall vibe of this community. Lots of options to dine out, publix nearby for groceries. Jill was wondeful beginning to end with her communication. We would definitely return!

I have booked many properties on VRBO over the years and this was simply the best. When you book a vacation you want the experience to be able to focus on spending time with your family. Jill makes the experience top notch. When you have an owner that is easy to get in touch with and is quick to respond it is so satisfying. She is proactive and even gives great recommendations along the way. We will definately be back!!

We enjoyed this property and its location. It was near the beaches with easy access via golf cart or our car. The Golf Cart was provided by owner. This neighborhood, appears to be made just for vacationers - it has 2 pools - one on each side of 30A and on southside of 30A - the place is geared to families - bands, movies, and much more. Loved this place. Spoke several times with the owner and she was very easy to communicate with and gave us great ideas for activities and beaches to visit.

We rented this property for our first vacation as a family of 5 and loved our week here. It was our first time to the area so we didn’t know the best area to stay along 30A, but personally liked the location of Prominence, most especially because of the golf cart included, and the flexibility of being close to both Rosemary (Inlet Beach) and Seaside (Grayton Beach) areas (about 10 min by car from us in either direction). The neighborhood convenience of what Prominence offered with The Hub across the street, the resort style pool 2 blocks over from this house, and Deer Lake Beach access a quick and easy golf cart ride down the road were everything we needed to explore and have fun as a family. Both Todd and Jill were very responsive and helpful before and during our time there!We have a 4 year old, 3 year old and 9 mo old and not only was the house great for our family dynamics (baby got his own room and the girls LOVED the bunk room!) the amenities included really put our experience over the top and were such a help. The Bogg bag, cooler, towels, beach toys, umbrella, chairs, and pull cart made it so easy for us to visit the different public beach spots in the area either by car or golf cart. The house had everything we needed and worked with us to allow BabiesAway to come in and set up a crib (the house does have a pack n play, but our infant doesn’t sleep well in one), a high chair and an exersaucer before we got there. I feel like it is always a gamble for how well you will sleep on another bed when traveling, but mark my words, these beds were the absolute most comfortable I have ever slept on. I want my bed at home to be whatever this house has. Overall, we felt spoiled and fortunate to have found Sea Scape for this time together as a family and our first time on 30A!
