Stay was lovely. Would highly reccommend this guest house. Bed was comfortable, very quiet area, close to everything. Basic room but everything you need and more. Bonus -kitchen to use too if you wanted to cook/store food.
Nothing. Everything was great.

It is newly renovated
Very close to the city centre
No parking space if you have a car but parking is available in a walking distance
Charlotte was very helpful
She response quickly and instructions are clear of how to enter the property and policies are straightforward and easy to follow
Would stay again if back in Bournemouth next time
Clean and newly renovated
Close to everything

Nice place exactly in the central part, close to the beach nice room but very small window
The shower drain was clogged, so water would pool on the floor after every shower—it was very uncomfortable and unhygienic.

Facilities were good except the third adult BED . I think booking.com should charge for 2 adults actually .
The third adult bed was very disappointing- it was very hard and short in length. It wasn’t a bed actually . Had trouble sleeping very badly - we paid for 3 adults but it was actually suitable for 2 adults and one child . Very unreasonable charges .
