The bed was soooo comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean and had all we needed. The staff was great and cheerful and helped us with luggage and everything. We had the best breakfast in all our trip.
And for sure the views from the room were astonishing. Very recomendable stay.
The spa was kinda mid, it came included with price, but they really need to improve it, it has potential to be way better though

Beautiful views, great location for access to the national park, very comfy rooms. However the best part of the stay was the staff - they went well out of their way to make give us the best treatment. I asked for a black tea but they were out so someone ran down to the shops to buy me some!

The host was amazing, they gave us extra blankets and even an extra heater when we requested them, they were super nice and responsive. The place has amazing views of the lake, a great spacious restaurant and delicious food. Would love to visit again
