The property is stunning and so convenient to the beach and shopping. We lived our stay and hope to return soon.

The pool areas were beautiful. The grounds were very clean and taken care of. The unit itself needs some love. We stayed here 4 years ago and thought it was worth the money. This time, the stove didn’t work if you used more than one burner, the couch and carpets need cleaning. The doors to the outside are very scratched up. The kitchen supplies are also limited, not even a sharp knife or cutting board. Unfortunately it wasn’t how we remembered it.

We had a wonderful stay as usual at the Wailea Beach Villas. This was our 7th time to Maui and as usual a memorable trip! We have stayed in the penthouses & decided to try a villa this time. Loved the comfy beds, spacious layout & lower level. Thought I might miss the view, but not an issue. We loved having the beach chairs when we explored the island & beaches & our daughter loved the outdoor shower. Thank you for a lovely villa where we made special memories. Aloha!

The location and pool area are fabulous. Villa itself is very nice, especially with doors that completely open to patio. For a luxury Villa, the kitchen was disappointing. Scratched, old pans and the cooktop needs replacing, difficult heat control. Mr. Coffee? C’mon!!! Beds in 2 of the BRs need replacing. Creaky and a bit saggy. The per night rental fee was such that I expected more.
