Enjoyable, large home, clean and well supplied.

We held our annual family reunion at this property in May 2026, and my family and I were very impressed with the beautiful home. We especially enjoyed the home theater. The house was very clean and spacious, and Cheryl was a delight to work with. We highly recommend this wonderful place. There was so much to do in the area, and after our travels, it was nice to relax and visit in the second-floor living room. Some family members especially enjoyed the pool table. Toward the end of each evening, we would all gather in the theater to watch a movie together. We had a wonderful time.

We spent a lot of time looking at VRBO houses, and kept returning to this one as the one to choose. We were right. This was an absolutely beautiful house in all ways. We loved our visit here. The house, the decoration, the location, the views - all wonderful. The media room with the large projection screen and a spectacular McIntosh amp-powered sound system was perfect for a group of music fans. If our group from around the country is looking for a rental in the area again, this is the place we’ll be checking first for availability. The only caveat would be if you’re looking for an accessible house, which we weren’t, this isn’t it. Lots of stairs.

Our three generational family enjoyed this property during our two weeks in Westerly. Beach passes, theatre room, pool table, big outside deck with grill, spacious accommodations and all the modern conveniences kept everyone happy; we hated to leave!
