This was a great place for us to be close to family and a weekend birthday celebration. We loved the peace and quiet and the view of the estuary. Lovely apartment with a generous two bathrooms. Small kitchen but there were plenty of options for takeaway and dine out close by.

We stayed for two nights while exploring Tauranga, Rotorua, and Hobbiton. Excellent rental. House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a great view. Easy access to major roads. Check-in was a breeze. We enjoyed meeting the dogs - Dave and Doris. Our youngest had a great time playing fetch with Doris!

Plenty of room inside and two stunning places to sit and enjoy the quiet.
Appreciated all of the little extras - bread, milk (plenty of) and spreads.
Thanks for sharing your space with us.
