The property was in an amazing location and had great views of the water. We frequently saw dolphins out the windows and there were fairy penguins about although they were very shy. The property was well equipped with everything you would need and we really enjoyed spending some down time there between our outings on the island. It was a good base to explore the island as well as it was quite central.
The property could have been cleaner.

Location was brilliant as it had unobstructed views of the beach with wide panoramic windows

The location in 100/10! The feel of the holiday house is so family fun oriented. What a lovely place for a family to hang out! The kitchen facilities were fully supportive of a large group. Excellent facilities for cooking!
The pelicans or penguins who growled and squealing at us through the night!! Actually a novelty!

Great location. Good sized comfortable house. Beautiful beach view.
The mattress in the main bedroom was quite un-comfortable. The penguins where extremely noisy the first night, making it near impossible to sleep.
The house needs a good deep clean. Couch and spare blankets where dirty, along with the floor and, windows seals, bathroom etc. Clearly it only gets very light clean between guests.
