Such a great house. Very clean and it had all the supplies we needed. Pool was awesome. The backyard was super peaceful over looking the canal. Would stay here again. Thank you for the Welcome basket.

Amazing host, beautiful home, and you won’t regret it. The pool, patio, and dock area is very nice and even better than the pictures display. The view of the canal was also one of the best I have seen over the years. The home itself exceeded expectations. The host is extremely available and thoughtful. You aren’t going to find a host or home in Cape Coral that will outshine this one.

Beautiful home. It was one of the best equipped places we’ve stayed in. Jim had everything needed for the pool and beach. It is a fantastic place to stay with kids.

We always enjoy our stay here! This property is very clean & has everything you need for your vacay. We spent most of our time relaxing in the pool area. The neighborhood is nice & quiet. Jim is the best host! We can’t wait to return!
