The property was meticulously maintained, and Grace was a very responsive host. Lauren (Grace’s assistant) was extremely helpful, as well. As a guest, I can honestly say the thoroughness of the rental process as well as the layout of the home and it amenities, were easily the best I have encountered. Thank you, Grace and Lauren!

Beautiful place I recommend this house to anyone

My wife and I came to Grace’s beautiful home for a 3 day weekend winter escape. Grace was the best host we’ve experienced with a highly detailed introduction ahead of our stay. The property is fresh and spotless and exceeded our expectations. We spent much of our stay at the pool which was fabulous. We highly recommend the property.

Such a fabulous trip to Punta Gorda - this home is the perfect destination for a fun and relaxing visit. The home was recently redone - top to bottom, and the decor is both tranquil and perfect! My parents drove down from NJ - after not being together for 14 months. We loved just how peaceful the screened in lanai / pool area is, overlooking the canal with boats going by all day.We had everything we could want or need at this home, and the heated pool kept our boys busy from sun up to bedtime!Close to everything in Punta Gorda, but also enough to do at the house to not feel compelled to go anywhere or do anything.Grilled in the back yard 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. We will be back!
