House and location were great! We did have problems with refrigerator freezer, but were compensated for out inconvenience. BBQ pit and area around it could have been cleaner. Overall, we loved the property!

There were 8 adults in our group and we all agreed exceptional place close to everything dining beach and fun. The staff responded to a minor concern and the guy was super friendly and helpful. The house was beautiful and the views were awesome. Definitely recommend this home to families or groups. Thanks

Close to the beach, beach view, company repaired AC quickly

When we arrived the elevator wasn’t working. It was almost 3 hours before I was able to go to the third floor, the main living area and pool. It was beautiful and everything my family was looking forward to. But, the elevator was a constant problem, either because of size or non functioning more than once. And, I could not access any of the bathrooms. My husband and I had to leave and go back home our first night. Luckily, we are local and our boys were able to get us reservations at the hotel next door! Your staff was extremely kind and your maintenance, Vinnie, was beyond a valuable employee! He was an answer to prayer. But, all in all, the place is wonderful, it just isn’t accessible, as stated on the website. That really needs to be addressed, because the next person may not be so blessed to be local and have the ability to pay for a hotel room, on top of the cost of the house.
