Our experience was overall great. We had some unforeseen factors like fires that did effect our stay. But the property manager was extremely attentive, considerate, responsive and proactive to make sure we still had a good time.
We would go back again because the location is great— 10 mins from downtown and 10 mins from Zephyr Cove.
Only thing that kinda sucked is because there was no AC, we tried to keep the windows open, but you are in close corridors with neighbors so playing music during non quiet hours (5 pm - 9 pm) you still disturb the peace.
Also, the distance from the parking to the house is easy but I don’t recommend caring a cooler up in down it.
