Heather and Clayton were gracious hosts. Cottage was just renovated with modern amenities. Beautifully landscaped yard with an infinity pool.Great location close to restaurants, Cocovan (casual no reservation needed) Coco Bistro right next door to Cocovan- more upscale and a reservation needed. Quick walk to the beach (.08 of a mile to the Ritz for a sunset cruise and grocery store) . If you are staying in the area no car is needed but if you want to venture around the island I suggest renting a car.

This space was amazing! Good linens, soft clean towels, wonderful space! Amazing pool and outdoor spaces! The host was helpful and so nice! We arrived late and she had her housekeeper shop for us which we truly appreciated! This small but ample space has everything you need! They provided bicycles which was great to take to the grocery store, restaurants and beach! Beach is a bit of a walk, expect a full 13 minute walk to be on the nearest public beach that you can order chairs/umbrella services. There is Cocovan restaurant (casual) easily walkable. The nicer restaurant Coco Bistro, also walkable, was already full, no reservations available so we missed out! If you want a more affordable space and can live not being oceanfront, I highly recommend this space!

Hosts Clayton and Heather and their housekeeper Keisha were all very nice and welcoming! The Charming Cottage has had a recent renovation and clearly the kitchen, bathroom, sliders, furnishings, appliances, exterior etc. all seem brand new. While the beach and downtown are close and technically walkable, I found prior reviews overstated the proximity and feel as though renting a car during your stay would enhance your stay.

The gazebo is new and inviting. Everything has been done with high quality in mind. It has a private outdoor space with access to a beautiful garden area. The hosts are lovely people. We rented a car to explore but the house is close to restaurants and beaches. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return to The Gazebo.
