We enjoyed our stay. The condo complex is small, which kept it quiet. The pool and beach were so close, easy access. Condo was clean. My only concern was that the kitchen was not well equipped for cooking - there were only a few pots, no sheet pans, and just a few cooking utensils. We made it work though! We enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

We had a wonderful experience! The condo was just as it was listed. Communication was on point! It was super clean! We had a great time. We would definitely book with them again.

Zareh was wonderful to deal with. Great communication about our stay beforehand and while we were there, he was very happy to suggest things to do and answering any questions we had. The condo was provided with laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels and soaps for the sinks, dishwasher and shower, along with shampoo and conditioner. We were very pleased with the balcony view of the pool and ocean. They keep the entire property very clean, there was always a kind gentleman, blowing leaves, debris or cleaning up in the walkways. We will definitely be back. Thank you again for a great stay!

The unit was as advertised. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The pool was clean and the beach access was minutes away. I was disappointed with the amount of shells at the beach making it hard to walk in and out of the water. But we made it work. Many food options. We had dinner at the pier and drove to Cocoa Village a few nights for shopping. Publix is conveniently located across the street. The beach chairs came in handy for our family of five. I would recommend investing in a new beach umbrella for the unit, beach blanket and some board games. We also visited disney for my daughter's 10th birthday. Quick 45 min ride. We will definitely use this condo for future trips to Cocoa Beach!
