Condo was clean and beautifully decorated with a Ludington water theme. Many Brad Reed canvases on the walls. Kitchen was well stocked, including a crockpot. You can see both the Badger and House of Flavors from the balconies, the marina and a playground. We loved the location so close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We're hoping to come back again next summer!

Great modern condo within walking distance of the best of Ludington and straight down the road from the State Park. Perfect place to stay during our fall leaf peeping adventure.

The condo was wonderful! We will stay there again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and very usable and well supplied in the kitchen. Happy for that!! We were there visiting long time Ludington friends and happy to stay there. Lack of closets was a problem. Getting out of bed on one side in the master bedroom was a problem. Queen bed vs king would solve this problem. After a week, we were still having trouble figuring out the tv!!
