All personal that was in regular contact with us did a fantastic job, especially Glory, Nelson and Chetrock, very client friendly and thrustworthy people.

Disapointing is the attitude of the Spanish Manager and her husband who seems to be responsable for reservations, As soon as the owner was gone, they both do not show a very client friendly attitude. If I would be the owner of this hotel I would fire both and give the tasks to the staff that is already on site.

Very beautiful and well-catered surroundings and gardens. The pool is a great plus. The rooms are large and full of light.

The food was very basic (both breakfast and dinner). The overall experience was far from what I expected from a 4‑star property. The main building felt almost abandoned and definitely not welcoming. Instead of a warm, cosy atmosphere, the space felt empty and uninviting. Overall, the experience was the least enjoyable I’ve had across the country. With a bit more attention to ambience, comfort, and guest experience, this lodge could offer much more, but as it stands, it didn’t meet the standard I was hoping for.

Posto meraviglioso, immerso nel verde e tutto molto curato. Giardini stupendi con piante da frutto ed una lunga passerella con orto sottostante dove coltivano verdure che poi vengono servite al ristorante del hotel. Piscina ottima dopo una giornata di safari. Cibo molto buono e fresco, sopratutto le insalate. Bar ben fornito, lobby molto accogliente e comodo. Personale molto simpatico e professionale.
