We really enjoyed our stay at Gerard's place! It's within walking distance to Smiths Beach, we felt safe, and it has excellent amentities. Gerard is a friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend!

We had 2 weeks at this marvellous property. The house was spotless and had every amenity required. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and a short drive into Cowes. Our host was very warm and welcoming. We’re definitely going back later in the year.

We love this house. It is really well set up for a family of four and any extra children. It has a very relaxing front garden, it is private and is very well set up including lots of beach equipment. It is in a great location very near YCW beach and a short walk to Smiths Beach.

We had a lovely stay at this property over Christmas. The house was well-equipped with beach gear to use and had nice outdoor seating areas to enjoy. Close to two beaches. Communication with the host was excellent. We had a great experience and would go again.
