No hair dryer , coffee or ice cube machine

Shonda was a big help at the front desk. She explained the check-in process when I called for information, she was thorough in explaining rules and consequences when checking in, and she was very nice when I checked out. The location was very convenient to UNF for our son's sports events. Several food places were within walking distance, and less than a mile away was a lovely big park. The beaches were also within 20-25 minutes. The room was clean and our bed was comfortable. We did not use the kitchenette, but it was a nice plus in the room. There was a Keurig in the lobby, available for all to use.

The smell of marijuana was apparent, but not in my room-just in the exterior hallway. And it may not have been strong to some, but I just have a sensitive nose. There was a dog walk, but no poop bags. The parking lot and grassy area had some food trash that people discarded.

The facility did not have breakfast; I left to go to restaurant

Staff awesome, cleanliness great

Low water pressure, so flushing poop was a task. Toilet kept stopping up No spoon, fork ...plate, but I did get a small pot.
