The hotel is clean and staff at reception are friendly and ready to help, particularly Wendy Fang. The house keeping team helped me use the self help laundry services. You can order takeaway from local Chinese app and have it delivered to hotel. Hotel restaurant serves a good range of breakfast food and hot pot in the evening.
No room service. And you could only order friend rice or fried noodle from the hotel restaurant and you had to take the food upstairs yourself. The playground was too small.
