The house was exactly as described. Clean and spacious. The host was responsive when I messaged her with questions. The check in was smooth and easy to figure out. The neighborhood was quiet and had almost no traffic. The pool was amazing especially considering these 100 degree days. Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed staying in this home during my latest trip to Austin. The home looked exactly like what is shown in the pictures, but I thought the space would be larger. It is large enough to comfortably accommodate 4-6 adults staying there. I loved the fact that the home was clean and that there were cleaning supplies available in the house. The backyard is lovely and if it was warmer I would have gone swimming in the beautiful pool. The sitting room and the kitchen are perfect for hosting friends for dinner.

Clean, fun place!

Pros: Communication with the owner was excellent as is the location of the home. Most of the surrounding homes are well kept but there are definitely some that need work. Neighborhood was quiet and we never really saw anyone outside. Cons: Home had been cleaned according to owner but not to my standards. Ended up purchasing cleaning supplies, Lysol wipes and spray, to make the bathrooms and kitchen usable. Pool filter wasn’t working well so the water was cloudy and it was also filled with bugs. Refrigerator has seen better days but worked adequately during our stay. Bottom line: For the price, it was an okay stay. Definitely not luxurious.
