The property was spacious and clean. Really appreciated the 2cd bathroom. The lighting was great. The kitchen was well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Deerfield beach was only 1 block away with no busy roads to cross, with the sand cleaning shower. The area has several restaurants. The juicy crab and Pho Ocean were our favorites.John was easy to communicate with. 2 lights were out and were replaced easily by the maintenance person. My only wish is that it was a 2 bedroom because it was so nice. This rental definitely raises the bar to compare other rentals to. Thank you John for sharing.
