This beautiful, clean, newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 6. It comes with a gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and a serene and peaceful covered patio. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, the grocery store, Walmart and more! A short 5-minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs and its famous hot springs.

We do allow small dogs, (some exceptions for larger dogs, please inquire), preferably non shedding, hypoallergenic. There is a flat fee of $60. There will be additional fees for excessive hair removal or any damage done. Please be mindful to clean up after your dog inside and out. No wet dogs allowed inside. No pets allowed on furniture, including beds. If you know your dog is a barker we will not be able to host you! We love animals and really aim to keep our condo very clean and our neighbors happy!

Very nice condo--walking distance to groceries and some restaurants.Had everything we needed and comfortable. Very quiet areaPatio area could have been a little more inviting--(cobwebs and not so clean furnitureBut other than that--we enjoyed our 4 nite stay

Awesome family-friendly place. Kids loved it.Location was great…walking distance to businesses. The hosts were amazing responsive. Will definitely be back if we travel to Pagosa again!!

We had a great weekend at the condo! Everything was clean, pictures showcased the property accurately, and the area was very peaceful. We mostly used the condo as a place to sleep and spent most of our time enjoying Pagosa, which was a very short drive from the property. Easy to find, easy to get in, and all the amenities were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
