Everything was perfect. We loved the location and the quiet jungle surrounding us. The house and pool area were kept spotlessly clean by Christina and Juan. Adults and kids alike enjoyed the pool. Our communication with the property manager was excellent. He responded immediately to our questions. We would definitely recommend Casa la Via!

From the booking through the end of our stay, communication was flawless; we were given all the information and recommendations we needed and more! The house was beautiful, private, well-kept, spacious, and better in person than in pictures. We loved the daily caretaking, meals cooked in the home for us, the private pool, the air conditioning, and noticed many extras provided by our hosts. We couldn't have asked for a better situation.

The kids played in the pool non-stop and we enjoyed relaxing poolside. Rhett, the property manager, was very accomodating and easy to work with. There is a groundskeeper and housekeeper that did an excellent job maintaining the property daily. The house is very well set-up and well-stocked with everything we needed. There was an issue with the pool heater while we were there, but Rhett worked hard to try to get it fixed during our stay and even refunded us the fee for the heated pool. Akumal is a very fun area that is close to great beaches/snorkeling and amazing cenotes. The drive to Tulum is not far and we enjoyed taking a morning to explore the Ruins and beaches at Tulum. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.
