Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything from the room to the view to the booking was a plus always got a response when I had a question before we arrived the room was a two bedroom two full bathroom perfect amount of space for all six of it which was four adults and two little ones. The balcony was huge with an enough seating for all six of us to enjoy the view and listen to the waves enough chairs in the living room between the couch, loveseat and a leather chair also a dining table with four chairs for all to sit around in the evenings. Everything was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this resort for a family and recommend this company to rent a condo from A+

Great place

We have stayed at Splash Resorts many times. This was the first time we had done a two-bedroom over the hallway bunks. I loved the amenities offered, the convenience, everything was extremely comfortable and smooth sailing.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay, however this property needs some work. Old decor (mounted fish from 1968), saggy furniture with no toss pillows. Called for maintenance twice, once they called us to tell us there was a leak affecting condo below. Master bathtub filled up about 6 in. Plunging did nothing. It drained on its own 10 hr later. Mildew around tub. Shortage of silverware: only 1 teaspoon. Were there last year and knew we needed to take kitchen utensils this year.
