Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing location and house. Right in the heart of town and close to the gondola. Kimberly was fantastic with communication.

Location, location, location. A very quick walk out the back door to the gondola and an equally easy walk to everything that the Town of Telluride has to offer. The house was very clean, everything worked and the host actually met us at the house and showed us everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was well cleaned and ready for us. Spacious layout with the multiple floors and the upstairs being a great common space. Located right around the corner form the Gondola to Mountain Village and a block off the main street to all restaruants, theaters, cafes, shops, bars, it is a perfect location! Communication before and throughout our stay was great! The only confusing thing about the listing on VRBO versus the agreement you sign in order to stay is the difference in max guests, it is ultimately 8 people though on VRBO it stated 9. We ended up having a second house for the weekend given our group expanded so was not an issue, but I would double-check your guest count to make sure you are following the rules for stay. This property would be a great spot in the winter for anyone wanting a great ski/snowboard getaway but be close to everything downtown Telluride offers rather than staying in Mountain Village.
