Reviewer Comments:
Fantastic location and an overall great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, making for an easy and enjoyable stay. Everything we needed was close by, and the host did a great job with communication. The only thing we could have asked for was more snow... 61 in February in Keystone is a little HOT!

Reviewer Comments:
Wonderful time away from all the noise...only issue was that my key card was accidentally turned off and I was locked out of the building and had to walk to the rental office to get a new one.

Lovely property and location. Let down by a disappointing onsite service from Summit Mountain Retreats. Still no response after 3 wks!

Some damage to surfaces in condo. Loose kitchen faucet. Hole in carpet. Ski locker key missing. Management said they would fix faucet and bring key. They did not do either.
