Beautiful and spacious ! Did have a leak under sink. Hope it got fixed. We reported it.

Pool was a cozy 88 degrees during the cold snap, house was clean and lovely. We only had a couple maintenance issues and were able to fix one ourselves (toilet handle had come unscrewed), and the handy man came that first day to replace a low pressure shower head, so we did not have someone waiting 30 mins to get the soap rinsed out of their hair for to a lack of water pressure. Bikes were fun, golf cart was a hoot, parking for 3 small suvs was a breeze, and the walk to coffee and beach was only .5 mile and a pretty walk to take. It was a lovely time, thank you for sharing your spacious home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed Thanksgiving week with our large family at 42 Flatwood. Plenty of bedrooms/baths for a large family and the living area has several different seating areas, so we didn't feel crowded. The house came with all of the amenities that the property manager described, including 6 bikes and electric golf cart. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The property manager was extremely attentive. We highly recommend this property!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a large group for Thanksgiving. The floor plan of the home worked great--one of the best of the many homes we have stayed in. The home is decorated beautifully. But, the golf cart and bikes need to be updated and the kitchenware left a lot to be desired. For a home this large and nice, we would expect more. That said, we had a very nice time.
