I stayed at this VRBO location over July 4th. The home was clean, close to the water, and exactly as pictured.
However, I would personally recommend staying at another property. Following our stay in the home, the property owners charged me an extra fee for a broken upstairs shower. During our stay we didn’t use the shower upstairs, as when I attempted to use it the first time it was already broken. Note that because of our short stay of only 2 nights and not discovering the issue with the shower until midnight on the first night, I did not report this issue to the owners. While the property was nice, I wish I had chosen another property on VRBO in order to avoid having to deal with this situation with the VRBO claims department.
