Everything was good and as per description as well the pictures were accurate too.

House was huge. Very clean. Amazingly a bear decided to take a hot tub bath on third floor jacuzzi he tore cover off before we got there. Archie had it fixed the same day. Awesome. Thankfully bears don’t come around much when people are around always always put garbage in cage. My son left it on the front porch in a different cabin and had a rude awakening when he opened the front door. They both ran opposite directions. Never did it again lol Never pay attention to weather forecast in gatlinburg. For 3 weeks it showed 7 days of rain. Not one drop. Great trip. 10 guys in this cabin and we hardly saw each other.

We had a great time in this beautiful house. Just a warning because we are not from around the area, do not leave your car doors unlocked, or food inside, bears can open your doors.

Cabin was accommodating. However, there are several items that need to be improved, especially for the rate. The sheets/comforter smelled like mens cologne, which means they were not washed prior to our stay. The hot tub was a little more than half full. The internet was in and out constantly which prohibited us from watching football on Thanksgiving. I have stayed in much more accommodating rentals.
