The condo was very beautiful. It had everything you needed. It was truly a home away from home. The host was very helpful to us with any questions we had about the condo and area.We enjoyed the quietness and the beautiful view from the patio. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a very, very nice stay in this condominium. The location is excellent— Just across the street from Safeway. However, as this unit is on the opposite side from the main street, and is on a bluff, the view is spectacular (as stated in the listing) and it is also very peaceful and quiet. There is one parking spot dedicated to the condo, and it is a short and level walk from the car to the front door. The sitting area in the front is a lovely place to sit to enjoy the view, but you can hear chatter from the unit upstairs if their porch is being used. The inside of the unit was clean, well kept, and well-appointed for a longer stay. There is plenty of space to unpack, for example, and the kitchen is well set up for cooking. A few basic cooking ingredients were on hand as is a Keurig machine and a number of pods to start. Tools for all basic cooking are provided. Everything worked well. The owner communicated very well, and entering the condo was not problematic. We needed to extend our stay by one night, and the owner was great in facilitating that.

Perfect location. Gorgeous Mountain View’s. Quiet. Beautiful pool and spa. All amenities needed. Top notch accommodations.

Perfect! The view from the patio was amazing with beautiful mountains. Great location with walking distance to downtown Fountain Hills. Accommodations were wonderful with well stocked supplies. This condo had everything we needed. When we are back in Fountain Hills to capture the sun and this condo has availability, we will definitely book again. Thanks Troy and Maria for providing an excellent getaway!
