Great house and set up for our family gatheringExcellent response to our questions

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the big pool and the little ones enjoyed the wide steps in the shallow end. The house was big enough for all of us, the beds were comfortable, and the yard was private surrounded by woods. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Honestly though, I would say it needs some TLC, so sharing some constructive feedback. The basketball net was shredded and dangling from rusted broken clamps. The pool ladder in the deep end was broken (the bottom rung completely snapped in half) and the screws holding the other 2 rungs were rusted and the steps were loose. The umbrella on the poolside table was broken. The double ovens were both virtually black...looked like they hadn't been cleaned for years. The extra fridge in the garage was helpful but needs to be cleaned. The chair cushions in the family room were well worn. The shower door in the basement bathroom would not close all the way. If these things were to be taken care of, I would give this 5 stars!

The property was the perfect size for a group of ten with adults and kids. Plenty of seating and sleeping areas. The host was quick to respond when we had an issue with the gas tank and grill. Only one burner on the grill was working and a new grill was brought to the property. The pool was very clean. The basketball hoop was popular with the kids. We had a great week exploring the many beaches.

Amazing place to stay! Pool area is beautiful and the backyard feels very private. Host answered all questions quickly to ensure we had a great experience.
