Very comfortable space, large enough for our group. Kitchen was nice. Location was great. Outdoor area was very nice. There were plenty of towels for us all! The beds were comfortable. It was very clean except for the oven.
The hot tub was at 70 degrees at check in so we could not use it our first night which was very disappointing-it was one reason we selected this property. It didn't get over 100 degrees until well after 1am. Could use better frying pans. Also more than one cutting board would be helpful! The oven was not clean and created a lot of smoke when we used it.

it was a perfect location for us and plenty of room. the house felt like home.
the outside was also perfect. felt very relaxed.
the traffic noise. but they have a privacy fence up and they have trees that they just planted that will grow up too.
