We had a great time staying at your home. We spent a lot of time around the pool. The pool and pool area could use a little refresh. It was a nice peaceful neighborhood. Inside of the house was great and the beds were very comfortable. It was also nice to be able to park in the garage.

Loved the proximity to Cape Coral boulevard and ease of getting off of and around Cape Coral from this location. Fabian was great to work with. We didn’t have any issues with our rental. The house was dated, as we expected but was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Pool was warm.

Property came across as a bit tired initially but we had a very comfortable stay and the villa had all the necessary amenities.

My husband and I stayed in this home for 10 days while we were checking on our property and new build. This is a fantastic home with everything you need to relax, cook, swim, and enjoy what the area has to offer! The home provided enough room for 6 people, let alone the two of us. There were plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, and lots of options for people to have a beach day, or just a day by the pool with some grilling. The host was super responsive, and offered to help in anyway possible, always a plus! Nice clean home, comfortable beds, and great location to everything!!
