Great house, great location! Everything was exactly what was in the listing. Kids had a blast exploring the canals. The house is a short 5-7 minute easy car ride into the heart of grace bay- location was perfect!

My family loved it here. We used the paddleboards on the canal, saw some turtles. Kitchen stocked with whatever you need to cook. We were a little worried about no air in the main area, but honestly it was no problem with the cross breeze and the AC in the bedrooms works really well. Good location by the marina and not a far drive from Grace Bay.

Nice house, nice host, great location. The only negative was the furnishings weren’t what you’d think for a house this nice. Beds, mattresses etc were cheap rentals I’m pretty sure so not very comfortable. Some spa issues but they did send someone out within a few days.

We are a family of 5 with two girls and one boy so the rooms worked out perfectly! The house is beautiful and is on a beautiful canal with lots of turtles and fish swimming around. The pool was a lifesaver for us because we heard that the high temps and humidity were not the norm for this time of year. The humidity was almost unbearable if you aren’t used to it. The only downfall to the house was that it didn’t have air conditioning in the main rooms of the house, only in the bedrooms, so we tended to want to be in our separate rooms if we weren’t out and about or in the pool. Other than that one negative, the house is perfect! It’s very clean and plenty of necessities for cooking and such. I would definitely recommend this property but maybe in the winter months rather than the heat of the summer!
