Location, communication, and listing were all excellent. The property was not as clean as expected, but the team was very responsive to concerns.

Great place, close to the beach. We stay in the area every year and if you need space for two families with kids at a good price this place is great!

Couldn’t ask for a better water view. The house met our extended family’s needs in space and accommodations. It was very nice to have the welcome note with treats for the pets. Nice touch. Having the third bathroom was such a blessing! Communication with management was quick and effective. Would definitely recommend this home!

The place is nice, but it could use a thorough cleaning. We had a 1 year old in our group and he was crawling everywhere and his knees/feet were black from the floor. I realize the place is on the beach and expect the floors to be a bit dirty, but not on the first day. Furniture was also noticeably dirty and had rips on the couch. This is not a deal breaker, again just noticeable. Upstairs bathroom could use a little maintenance as one towel holder was just 'hanging' on to the wall and we just laid it on the sink. Fake door fronts on sink were also broken and fell off numerous times. Do not rely on the internet as it did not stay connected. We chose not to contact anyone about this as we didn't really need; however, it would have been nice so that we could connect to shows for the one year old. Beds were comfortable, set up was nice with 2 bedrooms on main floor and 2 on 2nd floor. There were enough bathrooms to accommodate all in our group (a definite plus). Towels were very plush and we had plenty for all of us and able to do laundry when/if needed. Mosquitos were horrendous and the size of Texas! Obviously not the fault of property, just wish we would have had some bug spray to enjoy the deck a bit more.
