I was surprised that there are a few things not mentioned.
Wifi is a paid option. It is not included.
Sheets and towels are not included.
There was no dish washing soap or anything to help with keeping the place clean.
The location is amazing and the appartment itself is in great shape. The building as a whole is a C-. The elevator worked sometimes. And there are 8 stories...

The elevators barley worked, so we used the stairs most of the time, the facility itself is not that maintained.
On the other hand the room was in great shape, it would have been nice to know in advance while booking that I will need my own sheets, and WiFi is extra and not included.
We stayed during spring break, and the loud noise and the commotion of the young crowd was a bit intimidating at times.
Plenty of hot water and a very clean room in a top location
