We were impressed with the ingenuity of the accommodations, the forest walk and how it was so obvious a lot of thought had been put into making sure we enjoyed our stay

We loved everything about Fernwood. A hidden gem just outside Clifden. You could walk the short distance into Clifden but you won't want to leave! We had everything we needed in our studio.
The view from the Sauna out across the lake is simply stunning. The sauna's design is fabulous as is the cold plunge.
There's a 2km woodland walk on the property with lots of places to sit and reflect.
We can't wait to come back!

We loved walking the woodland trails, spotting ferns, primroses, violets, bluebells, sorrel and so many birds. The sauna and plunge pool were wonderful and we loved the sourdough bread in the bothy.
